Prayer Request

In Scripture we learn that Elizabeth was a very devout and prayerful person. She spent much time in the temple and in reflective prayer. She spent the first five months of her pregnancy in seclusion, surely much of that time was in prayer. The name Elizabeth means to “praise God”. Therefore, as Elizabeth Ministers, we are committed to pray each day for all those who seek our prayers. Please let us know your prayer intention by posting it on our prayer board.

Email us with any prayer requests!

Missionary Prays For Us Fr. Glenn Gessner, Capuchin is the brother of our deceased co-founder, Fr. Kurt Gessner, Capuchin. Fr. Glenn is a missionary in Nicaragua. He has made a commitment to remember in daily mass and rosary all those who are involved in Elizabeth Ministry or seek our help. The staff of the Elizabeth Ministry International Headquarters also remembers all of you in our prayers.

Elizabeth Ministry Prayer We encourage you to say the Elizabeth Ministry Prayer daily. Many have made a commitment to pray it at noon each day.

Creator God, I pledge to truly celebrate the gift of each child conceived and born, and fully mourn each miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, infant or child death. I will be a strong witness to my belief in the dignity and worth of all life, by treasuring the gift of fertility, by supporting those suffering infertility, by encouraging those in the adoption process, and by assisting families experiencing an infant or child crisis or special need. I will be a strong and consistent voice for life in my home, my church, my community, and the world. Amen
