FERTILITY AND FAMILY PLANNING

    Natural Family Planning (NFP) can be used throughout
    a woman's entire reproductive life including while
    breastfeeding and just before menopause. It follows
    Catholic Church teaching and is acceptable to people
    of all faiths. Many people are unaware of the harms of
    artificial birth control and sterilization. To learn more
