“Go Light Your World” Ages 13 - 15
One of the deepest longings of a Christian woman's heart is to love and to be loved. The years
of adolescence are an important time for young women to come to a deeper understanding of
God's love for them! Based on the Theology of the Body, this retreat is a great opportunity to
break away and spend some time learning about the mysteries of our femininity! Our time
together will be jam packed with activities including using our artistic skills, sharing in heart-to-
heart talks about issues that affect teen girls today from a Christian perspective, indulging in
ice cream treats, and challenging ourselves to use our minds, bodies and spirits to glorify God!
Girls will be inspired by this in-depth look at the feminine heart.

and instill an understanding of the gift of femininity.
Talking to your daughter about sensitive topics is never easy. Yet, she is depending on
you to convey the information needed to face today's challenges and the next stage of
her life. Each of our retreats offers a wide variety of ways to discuss intimate issues
with a faith perspective.
Our pajama-style sleep over events utilize exciting dynamics, short reflections,
energizing activities, discussions, crafts, and other special mother-daughter bonding
times to create an atmosphere perfect for addressing sensitive and intimate topics.

- “I'm a Princess” Ages 4 – 6
I’m a princess because I’m the daughter of the
Most High God! The princess theme lends itself to
a beautiful reflection on how each girl is precious
and unique and that true beauty comes from within!
The focus is on defining One’s values, developing a
healthy self-esteem, and choosing to do what’s right.

special time with mom and a late night pillow fight!
“Start a Spark” Ages 7 – 9
Start a Spark Retreat is aimed at helping Mom and Daughter enhance
their relationship. Activities will focus on bonding in a way that will
carry them through the turbulent years ahead. A mother is the first
important female figure in a young girl’s life. So it is through her
mother that a daughter gets her first lessons about what it means to be
female, how to think of her body, and what her worth is as a woman.
This retreat will give moms and daughters an opportunity to discuss
learning to take action, making positive choices about their own lives
and doing positive things for others.
Start a Spark Retreat is aimed at helping Mom and Daughter enhance
their relationship. Activities will focus on bonding in a way that will

comfortable with her changing body. The “Moms
Only” session during the retreat will equip mothers
to address issues about sexuality and bodily
development with her daughter.
