Family Planning
NFP can be used throughout a woman's entire reproductive life including while breastfeeding and just before menopause. It follows Catholic Church teaching and is acceptable to people of all faiths. Many people are unaware of the harms of artificial birth control and sterilization. To learn more about using NFP to acheive a pregnancy or avoid a pregnancy for awhile or indefinitely, use the links below.
NFP refers to natural methods used for avoiding or acheiving pregnancy based on awareness of the body's naturally occuring signs of fertility and infertility. NFP works with cycles of any length and degree of irregularity. It is 99% effective,100% natural, and free of side-effects.

The Power of Understanding Your Cycle
A woman’s body operates in a cyclical nature. Like the spiral of the nautilus shell, each phase of a woman's cycle is accompanied by changes in her body’s physiology that affect her moods, emotions, energy level, and experience of intimacy with her husband.
Too often, articulating and understanding these changes becomes a challenge in marriage that leads to misunderstandings and frustrations. We want to help you see the cycle as a blessing, not a burden.
Keeping Your Marriage Healthy
From the beginning, God created us in His image and likeness, and called us to a life of love and communion with others. It is living this way that we become happy, healthy and whole. Relationships are foundational to our lives and need to be developed and nurtured. The Elizabeth Ministry's Life and Loss Institute offers resources for relationship development as well as healing.
